Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Pie

Servings:  4-6 servings  
  • Prep time: 15 minutes 
  • Cook time:  35 minutes




  1. 1 cup of Germinal Organic Chocolate Chip Cookies ground up with about 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
  2. Press down into a lined 9×9 circle baking dish and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, blend pumpkin puree, oat flour, nut butter & maple syrup together
  4. Once crust is finished baking, spread pumpkin blend into crust
  5. Freeze for about an hour
  6. Melt dark chocolate chips & coconut oil and drizzle in a cobweb shape. See visual
