Baking with Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts have so many nutritional properties, that our body’s need and love. They are rich in magnesium, vitamin E, healthy fats and mineral salts: real goodness for you and your hazelnut cakes.

If you don’t know how to use hazelnuts in your dishes, here are four delicious ideas.

 Praline hazelnuts

  • Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for a few minutes until slightly golden.
  • In the meantime, melt sugar in a pan with a little water.
  • Add the toasted hazelnuts.
  • Then, pour them into a pan and separate them quickly.

Hazelnut milk

Hazelnut milk is a healthy, nutritious, and useful as a basis for preparing cakes.

Start by roasting the hazelnuts in the oven. Place them in warm water for ten minutes. Blend the hazelnuts and water and set aside to cool. Finish up later with a colander and a linen cloth by pouring the blended mixture into the cloth and squeezing out the liquid into a jar. In addition to milk, you can also use the hazelnut paste to prepare your favorite gluten free cakes!
