Ingredients:

Servings: 6-8 servings
  • Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Directions:

Step 1:
Add soft cheeses as the focal points of your table. We recommend visiting your local creamery to find a variety of fresh and unique cheeses. In our tutorial video, we used Camembert cheese, brie and blue cheese for their differences in flavor and texture.

Step 2:
Assemble your charcuterie. Prosciutto and salami are classic and tasty options, if you’re uncertain of which meats to pick.

Step 3:
Add a savory component. Marinated vegetables, like tomatoes and olives, are great flavor accents to soft cheeses.

Step 4:
Add sweetness. Grapes, honey and jams are excellent notes of sweet. Get especially adventurous in your selection of jams! Certain fruits are wonderfully sour, like cranberries and cherries.

Step 5:
Add your crackers! This is where we come in. We recommend our gluten-free and vegan crackers to delight guests with dietary restrictions.

Styling tip:
Separating your ingredients in small plates is a quick way to foster the impression of food variety and abundance!
