Gluten Free Tilapia Recipe

Perfect any night of the week!
Don’t order take out when all you need is 15 minutes to make this delicious Crusted Pecan Tilapia recipe.

With only a few ingredients and our best cracker, the Germinal Tomato and Basil, is an excellent combination when paired with freshly crushed pecans.

Ingredients:

Serving: 4

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes

4 (6 ounce) Tilapia Fillets
1/4 cup finely ground pecans  
1/4 cup crushed Germinal Tomato & Basil Crackers  
2 crushed garlic cloves  
3 tablespoon olive oil 
Lemon wedges  
Chopped parsley, garnish  
Freshly ground salt and black pepper  

Suggestion: Finish the dish with freshly squeeze lemon and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley.
Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables for a perfect meal you family will love. 
 

Tips: You can substitute fresh Salmon or any kind of fish, if tilapia isn’t your favorite.

Directions:

Step 1: 

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and crushed garlic and season with freshly ground pepper and sea salt.   

Step 2: 

Add  ground pecans and finely crushed tomato and & Basil crackers to a plate and mix well.   

Step 3:

Spoon and spread garlic olive oil mixture onto tilapia pieces and dredge with the pecans and cracker mixture until well coated on both sides.  

Step 4: 

In 375 degree preheated oven, Bake for 6-8 minutes until crust is golden brown and fish is cooked.   

Step 5: 

Serve with lemon wedges.
